Increased the Video Quality on New Uploads

There were a few suggestive remarks for friends using the site that mentioned the occasional quality loss when uploading a video. During the process of converting the avi/mov/mpg/etc file you're uploading to FLV (flash video) the video is recompressed and was a bit on the conversative side for sake of bandwidth.  This would result in slightly granular video every once in a while but it saves a ton of bandwidth consumption overall.

Well, the bandwidth guy I am, I've decided the extra quality is worth it. All newly uploaded videos will be reencoded at a higher quality setting than before, and I may be bumping it up again, or offering HD in the short future.
